Rebecca is a member of our Tax practice group and specialises in Swiss and international taxation, in particular group and investment structures and corporate reorganizations. She also focuses strongly on the Latin American market. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff Rebecca worked for more than six years at a leading Swiss law firm in Zurich.
