Marco focuses on domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions, private equity and general corporate law.

Amsterdam/Zurich, 1 June 2017 – Loyens & Loeff, a leading European business law firm, has appointed Marco Toni as partner. Marco, attorney at law at the Zurich bar and member of the Corporate practice group, joined Loyens & Loeff in Zurich in January 2016. He focuses, among other things, on domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions, private equity and general corporate law.

Willem Jarigsma, Managing Partner: “Since getting our license to practice Swiss law two years ago we have steadily been hiring high-level tax and legal specialists in Zurich. We’re now on full capacity and celebrated our move into a bigger office just a few weeks ago. Marco shows our clients exactly what Loyens & Loeff is about: giving pragmatic advice with an international view. He is a great addition to our team and I congratulate Marco warmly on his appointment.”
