Natalie is a member of Loyens & Loeff’s General Tax Practice Group and heads the Belgian Transfer Pricing Team.
Natalie’s practice is focused on corporate tax law and international tax law, including matters relating to domestic and cross-border corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing as well as holdings and financing structures. In addition to advising on and drafting legal documentation, tax opinions and tax rulings, she is also an experienced litigator.
Natalie is recognized as an expert in transfer pricing and contributed to the Belgium chapter of an international guide on transfer pricing.
She has been registered at the Brussels Bar (Nederlandstalige Orde van Advocaten) since 1997. She is also a former Teaching Assistant in Tax Law at Universiteit Antwerpen.
In addition to her Master’s Degree in Tax Law from Universiteit Antwerpen (Belgium, 1997), she holds a Law degree from KU Leuven (Belgium, 1996).
