About Dominique Vanherck
Dominique’s practice focuses on regulatory law in the energy sector. She assists clients with energy projects, both offshore and onshore, and advises on permits, concessions, underground and submarine cables, subsidies, network access and supply and construction agreements. She frequently represents utilities in civil and administrative litigation. Dominique has experience in Belgian and EU competition law, with a particular focus on merger control, and advises on EU chemicals legislation. She has published several articles on energy and competition law and is a regular speaker at energy law conferences.
