About Arnaud Baudrihaye-Gérard
Arnaud advises family owned companies on international and domestic corporate tax issues including (cross-border) corporate restructurings, double tax treaty matters, mergers and acquisitions, holding and financing structures, real estate, IP structures and private equity partnerships. He advises high net worth individuals on wealth structuring, wealth optimisation techniques and inheritance planning, and on the fiscal consequences of immigration and emigration. He also focuses on the taxation of savings income and insurance contracts, and income from investment funds. Arnaud joined Loyens & Loeff in 2014.
